Questions we get asked most
What should I send you for a quotation?
Architectural drawings if you have them, the plot location, and a rough idea of what you want to build. If you do not have drawings yet, describe the project and we will tell you what is needed and how the process works.
How long does a quotation take?
For a straightforward building we normally have an itemised quotation to you within a few days of the site visit. Larger or more complex projects take longer, because the quantities have to be measured properly rather than guessed — and that is the point.
Do you charge for the site visit?
No. Site visits and quotations are free within our normal working area, and we will tell you upfront if travel to a distant site would carry a cost.
Can I visit a project you are currently building?
Usually yes, subject to the client's permission. Seeing work in progress tells you far more about a contractor than any photograph, and we are happy to arrange it.
Prefer to just talk it through?
Call either number and speak to someone who will actually be on your site, not a call centre.
